With a background in business and marketing, and more than two decades of experience across the corporate world, I’ve worked in business development, strategy and leadership roles, helping organisations grow and navigate change within high-pressure environments.
Throughout my career I saw firsthand how the pace of modern work, constant demands and rising stress levels can impact not just performance, but people. While I loved the challenge and momentum of corporate life, I also recognised how many of us operate in a constant state of overdrive, often disconnected from what we need to stay grounded, clear and energised.
Breathwork initially became a personal tool to navigate the juggle of life and work. Over time it became something more powerful, a way to create space, clarity and connection in a world that rarely slows down.
Today, as a certified breathwork facilitator and founder of Breath Life Studio, I bring together my corporate experience and passion for sustainable performance to deliver breathwork experiences designed for professionals, workplaces and events. My goal is to make this practice practical, relevant and impactful, helping individuals and teams regulate stress, restore focus and perform at their best without burning out.
