With a background in business marketing and two decades of experience across the corporate world, I’ve worked in business development, strategy, and marketing leadership roles, helping drive growth and lead change within high pressure environments.
Throughout my career, I’ve seen how stress, constant demands, and the pace of modern work can impact not just performance, but people. And while I loved the challenge and momentum, I also recognised how many of us are operating in overdrive, often disconnected from what we really need to stay grounded, clear, and energised.
That’s what led me to breathwork. Initially a personal tool to navigate the juggle of life and work, it soon became something bigger, a way to create space, clarity, and connection in a world that rarely slows down.
Now, as a certified breathwork instructor, I’ve brought together my corporate insight and passion for sustainable performance to launch Breath Life Studio. Offering breathwork designed especially for busy professionals, workplaces, and events. My goal is to make this practice accessible, relevant, and impactful, helping people reconnect, reset, and perform at their best without burning out.
